Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PRAnchor Media Group's website and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Description of Services

PRAnchor provides press release writing, editing, distribution, and related media outreach services. We distribute content to a network of publishers, journalists, and news platforms. Placement and pickup are subject to editorial discretion and cannot be guaranteed.

Client Obligations

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and lawful information.
  • You retain full responsibility for the accuracy and legality of submitted content.
  • You may not submit content that is defamatory, infringing, deceptive, or violates any law or third-party right.
  • You grant PRAnchor the necessary rights to distribute and publish submitted content.

Payment and Refunds

Fees for Services are due as described at checkout or in your invoice. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend Services for overdue accounts.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your original content. PRAnchor retains ownership of its platform, branding, methodologies, and deliverables created specifically for you as part of the Services. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRAnchor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the Services at any time. PRAnchor may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or content that poses legal or reputational risk.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
